The resort is made up of 36 apartments each with individual access from the ground floor, and are divided into blocks of 4. The apartments belong to two different estates and they are managed by two different companies. They have been refurbished recently to very high standards, with excellent interior design and furnishings. They are managed by the Avitur Tour Operator Via Aldo Moro, Olbia. Each apartment comprises of 2 rooms, spread over 2 stories with 2/3/4 sleeping accommodations. The ground floor is made of a living room (with a double or single extractable sofa bed), a fully furnished kitchen (with a microwave and fridge freezer), a bathroom (with shower) and porch on the garden. The first floor is made up of a large bedroom with balcony. Every apartment has air conditioning (one split in the living room, the other in the bedroom), LCD TV with the digital box, external antenna and is compatible with Sky channels (with own card).
